Are replacement parts available?
One of the features librarians like best about MUZZY is that we always keep replacement parts in stock for you in case of unexpected loss or damage. Simply contact us to order. This enables you to make your MUZZY investment in language learning one that will last and last.
Can you help with my grant deadlines and presentations?
Helping you with selection advice, and to help you with grants and making deadlines are our daily enthusiastic activities! We can assist you with ordering, price quotes, pro forma invoices, and documentation for grant and budget proposals.

How do I order?
Our goal at Early Advantage Library Services is to make acquiring valuable language learning materials for your patrons as easy and quick as possible. We accept orders online, by phone, mail and fax.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from processing date, which is 24-48 hours from receipt during business hours Eastern Time. If you are on deadline for funding or implementation, there are options for expedited shipping within the U.S. and abroad. Please inquire or select expedited shipping if ordering online.
Do you work with Library Distributors?
Early Advantage is accustomed to working with purchasers and agents for your ordering and billing needs. They can contact us to set up an account directly or just fax or send in your order, and we'll call if we have any questions.
What is your return policy?
All our programs are subject to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with the results of your MUZZY review, simply affix postage and return and you will be credited as soon as we receive your course materials. Note that we ask that you please carefully review your MUZZY Program packages promptly. To insure that all that was ordered was received. Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30-60 day period only.
