Why animation?
MUZZY uses animation because it is a fun, creative way to teach through engaging characters that are not limited to any one country, time period, and style. MUZZY is used across all ages, cultural and socio-economic lines.
MUZZY methodology is multilayered and far more sophisticated in pedagogical design than may be seen from the surface. MUZZY’s long list of awards by linguistic and teaching authorities, the outstanding learning outcomes and love of language learning it engenders, plus the weekly calls and letters of praise from teachers and parents, testify to its efficacy. MUZZY emphasizes the use of functional language to express real situations and emotions.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Early Advantage price discounts are available to schools on request, based solely on Quantity Purchasing for multiple classrooms or teachers. We offer Quantity Discounts when instructional materials are sent to one address and billing party, as that creates cost efficiencies in packaging, shipping and billing that we can pass on to you.

Do you offer custom programs?
Whether it is for district implementation, private educational institutions, or business partners, Early Advantage can offer you a range of custom options. These may include customized printing, logo identification, design or product development, for Teaching Materials, Student Kit materials, E-learning content, and new Language Editions. Where do I go for help with grant deadlines?
Helping you with curriculum and teaching advice, and to win approvals and make deadlines are our daily enthusiastic activities! We can assist you with ordering, price quotes, pro forma invoices, and support documentation for grant and budget proposals.

Are replacement components available?

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 weeks (in business days) from processing date, which is 24-48 hours from receipt during business hours Eastern Time. If you are on deadline for funding or implementation, there are options for expedited shipping within the U.S. for overnight and 2-day service to most regions, that are available for an additional fee added to the package and handling rates.
International Orders: Please allow one to two weeks for delivery from the time of your order and advance payment by credit card or electronic payment, is cleared. A custom price quote on shipping may be obtained; see Contact Us.
Where do I send account information requests?
Early Advantage is the sole source U.S. publisher, and the worldwide publishing partner of The BBC for the MUZZY Language Courses. Please send inquiries for account information, W-9, State Certificates, Vouchers, etc. to: Early Advantage School Services by mail, fax or email. Are MUZZY courses guaranteed/returnable?
All our programs are subject to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with the results of your MUZZY review, simply affix postage and return and you will be credited as soon as we receive your course materials. Note that we ask that you please carefully review your MUZZY Program packages promptly, and insure that all that was ordered was received. Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30-60 day period only.
Are MUZZY CD-ROMs compatible with Macs and PCs?
All MUZZY software (CD-ROMs) are dual platform, suitable for Macs or PCs, and are easily compatible with your system. For the MUZZY Interactive Exercises on CD-ROMs, network requirements and installation instructions are provided for these highly effective learning programs that complement the classroom’s MUZZY DVD multimedia core content. We look forward to working with you to enable your school or district’s use of valuable content for your media centers or language labs.
What exactly is in a MUZZY course?
Your MUZZY BBC Language Program is composed of two elements – the award-winning, core multimedia course, and the print teaching materials you select to go with them. Please consult our MUZZY School Catalog and All MUZZY Products for the exact description of your courses of interest.
MUZZY Languages: MUZZY is currently available in six languages: English (ESL), Spanish, French, German, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.

MUZZY Levels: MUZZY comes in two progressive levels of MUZZY content, Level I and II, taking students from beginner to early intermediate levels. Students start Level II only after completing Level I, (they can be led through it more quickly if Level I is used as a review), because MUZZY’s motivating power is due to its ongoing, suspenseful story line and characters' adventures, with Level II being the plot sequel and conclusion to the total MUZZY story fable, as well as advancing to a higher stage of language complexity, vocabulary and grammar applications.

Vocabulary DVDs which present additional thematic groups of vocabulary
Audio CD of the entire Story Scene dialog and songs
English Version DVD: that presents the entire Story Scene content in English for the comfort of classroom teachers and substitutes.
