Craig, better known as C.J., first encountered MUZZY in his high school German class. “12 years later I have a BA in German, a Fulbright Scholarship, a Master’s in Education and have embraced the challenge of beginning a language program at an upcoming private school,” says the young man who gives MUZZY credit for starting it all.
“During my travels I have met 5- and 6-year-olds fluently conversing in German, French, and English and a 2-year-old who converses in Russian and French with his parents, smoothly transitioning to English only when I am present, In fact,” says this MUZZY alumnus and foreign language teacher, “research suggests if you reach fluency before the age of 12, you ensure that you not only retain the potential to learn subsequent languages, you also increase your brain’s ability to absorb more information from many subjects.”
